Tekno Stamap

Tekno Stamap TK 2 planetary mixer

The TK 2 is Tekno Stamap’s heavy-duty planetary mixer for bakeries and pastry producers mixing every day. It has stronger motors than the C-Line 2 for stiffer mixes, bowls from 40 to 200 litres, and panels that save your recipes. The larger models lift and lower the bowl for you.

Why bakers choose the TK 2

Power for heavy mixes

Stronger motors keep stiff doughs and big batches moving.

Less lifting

From 80 litres the bowl lowers on a powered arm and rolls away on wheels.

Repeatable recipes

The touch screen saves programs, so every batch is mixed the same way.

TK 2 FAQs

Choose the TK 2 for daily volume, heavier mixes and saved recipes. The C-Line 2 suits smaller batches and fits on a bench.

Creams, mousses, fillings, whipped mixes and biscuit dough, plus firmer doughs than a lighter planetary can handle. For bread and pizza dough in volume, a spiral mixer is the better tool.

Every TK 2 runs on three-phase. We check your supply during the site survey.
