Servicing, maintenance and genuine parts for your TeknoBake machines
Buying a machine from TeknoBake isn’t a one-off sale. Every Tekno Stamap, Sitep, Formex and Auxpama machine we supply comes with full servicing, planned maintenance and genuine parts direct from the factory, across Scotland. The people who installed it are the people who look after it.
Servicing and planned maintenance
A mixer, sheeter or prover that stops mid-shift costs you a day’s production. Planned maintenance finds wear before it becomes a breakdown, and keeps the machine running the way it did on handover day.
- Planned maintenance, booked around your production, not in the middle of it. Most machines need a service about every six months. Sheeters and mixers in daily use need it most; ovens, with fewer moving parts, need less. Maintenance contracts are available, depending on the equipment.
- Servicing and fault visits when something isn’t right. We aim to respond to a breakdown within 24 hours.
- One contact who already knows your machine, how it was installed and how your team uses it.
Genuine parts direct from Italy and Spain
We order parts direct from the manufacturers: Tekno Stamap and Sitep in Italy, Formex and Auxpama in Spain. You get the part made for your model, not a copy that nearly fits.
