Accessibility statement

Last reviewed: 21 October 2026

We want everyone to be able to use the TeknoBake website, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we do

  • Plain-English copy and a logical heading structure on every page
  • Enough colour contrast for text, buttons and form fields
  • Every link, menu and form can be used with a keyboard
  • A visible outline shows where you are on the page when using a keyboard
  • Descriptive alt text on photos of machines and equipment
  • A “skip to main content” link at the top of every page
  • Form fields with clear labels and error messages
  • Reduced movement for visitors who have asked their device for less motion

Known limitations

We are honest about where the site falls short and what we are doing about it:

  • Manufacturer brochures. Some brochures and specification sheets we link to are PDFs produced by the manufacturers, and some are only in Italian or Spanish. They may not work well with screen readers. If you need the information in another format, ask us and we will send it to you as plain text or talk you through it.
  • Videos. Some short videos of machines in action do not have captions or audio description yet. If you need to know what a video shows, ask us and we will describe it.

If you find a problem not listed here, please tell us.

Reporting a problem or asking for another format

If something on this site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, email sales@teknobakegroup.com or call 07438 136858. We will reply within five working days.

Enforcement

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) enforces the Equality Act 2010, which covers website accessibility. If you are not happy with how we respond to your complaint, you can contact the EHRC at equalityhumanrights.com.

How we test

This website was built by One Blue Pixel. It was checked against WCAG 2.2 AA with automated testing and manual keyboard checks before launch, most recently on 21 October 2026. We review this statement at least once a year and whenever the site changes significantly.
