Tekno Stamap LAM 650 manual dough sheeter

The LAM 650 is the biggest and most robust of Tekno Stamap’s manual sheeters. Its 650 mm belts take a wider sheet than any other manual model, so you laminate more dough per pass without moving to an automatic machine. It suits bakeries and pastry producers running larger batches by hand.

Why bakers choose the LAM 650

More dough per sheet

The wider belts and stronger 1.5 kW drive handle bigger batches than the LAM 2.

Steady under load

A heavier frame and base, locked on stabiliser feet, keep it rigid with big sheets.

Less mess

Flour collection trays come as standard, and the tables fold up after use.

LAM 650 FAQs

Choose the LAM 650 if you need wider sheets or laminate big batches by hand. The LAM 2 suits most bakeries, comes as a bench-top model and takes less space.

The SMART uses the same 650 mm belt width but runs saved programs on its own. If your team is laminating for hours a day, it’s worth comparing the two. We can talk you through both.

With its tables down, the LAM 650 runs to about 3.3 m (6514) or 3.7 m (6516) long. Folded, it’s much shorter. We measure up during the site survey.
