Tekno Stamap AUTOSMART automatic dough sheeter
The AUTOSMART is the top of Tekno Stamap’s sheeter range, built for production floors that laminate continuously. It has wider 700 mm belts, a reinforced stainless steel frame, and an automatic flour duster and dough winder as standard. The AUTOSMART 123 adds big 123 mm rollers for very stiff doughs.

AUTOSMART or SMART?
The AUTOSMART has wider 700 mm belts, a stainless frame, faster belts, and the flour duster and dough winder built in. The SMART suits bakeries moving up from manual; the AUTOSMART suits continuous production.
When do I need the AUTOSMART 123?
When your doughs are very stiff or you need very thin sheets. Its 123 mm rollers and 4.4 kW drive take loads a standard 84 mm roller would struggle with.
What power does it need?
A three-phase supply. We check your power during the site survey.
