Tekno Stamap CROYMAT croissant machine
The CROYMAT takes a laminated dough sheet, cuts it into triangles and rolls them into croissants automatically. It turns out every croissant the same size and shape, at a rate no team can match by hand. There are three models, from artisan pastry labs up to industrial bakeries.

Why bakers choose the CROYMAT
Every croissant the same
An ultrasonic calibrator sets the sheet thickness before cutting, so weight and shape stay consistent.
Quick to change and clean
Cutting rollers swap in seconds without tools, and the belts lift out for washing.
Room to grow
Add a second rolling unit, a touch-screen panel or a by-pass table, so the machine can make other pastries as well as croissants. The CROYMAT 10000 has a double rolling unit and stored programs as standard.

CROYMAT FAQs
How many croissants does a CROYMAT make an hour?
The CROYMAT 3000 makes 1,800 to 4,200 an hour, the 6000 makes 3,000 to 7,000 and the 10000 makes 6,000 to 14,000. Smaller croissants mean more rows across the sheet, and so more pieces an hour.
Can it make anything other than croissants?
With the optional by-pass table and different cutting rollers, the CROYMAT can run other cut and rolled pastries. Tell us your product list and we’ll check what’s possible.
What do I need to run one?
A supply of laminated dough sheet, usually from an automatic sheeter, and a three-phase power supply. We check both during the site survey.
