Formex cake and cupcake depositors
Formex depositors fill trays, cases and moulds with batter, cream and filling, putting the same amount in every cavity. They replace the piping bag: faster, with no waste and no variation from one tray to the next. Built near Barcelona, the range runs from a semi-automatic bench machine to automatic depositors for full production.

Depositor FAQs
Semi-automatic or automatic depositor?
A semi-automatic DS suits smaller batches: you push the tray and it deposits a row at a time. An automatic DA or MA moves the trays on a conveyor, so it suits bakeries filling hundreds of trays a day.
Can it handle chocolate chips and fruit?
Yes, the MA and MAS are built for inclusions up to about 15 mm. The bench-top DPV handles particles up to 18 or 35 mm, depending on the model.
What tray sizes does it take?
The automatic models take trays from 40 to 80 cm wide, including standard 60 × 40 bakery trays, plus paper cases and moulds.
