Brian has spent around 45 years in the bakery industry, first as an engineer and then as a sales engineer, working with industrial bakeries all over the world.

When you contact TeknoBake, you deal with Brian.

Each of our four manufacturers does one part of the bakery well, and their ranges don’t compete with each other:

• Tekno Stamap: mixing, sheeting and shaping.
• Sitep: proving, retarding, water control and blast chilling.
• Formex: depositing, injecting and filling.
• Auxpama: bread lines, scoring and automated handling.

1. Enquiry. Tell us what you bake and how much. We reply within 48 hours.
2. Site survey. We check your space, power, access and products.
3. Specification and quote. The right machine for your product, not the biggest one.
4. Installation and commissioning. We deliver, install and run it in on your floor.
5. Operator training. Your team learns to run, clean and care for it.
6. Servicing and parts. Full servicing and genuine parts from Italy and Spain for every machine we supply. More on parts and servicing.
